Looking ahead to Google I/O?

Google I/O starts Wednesday. The themes of this year's two-day annual tech conference are design, develop and distribute.

Marketing Land outlined robust outlook on what I/O might preview - such as Android Wear smart watches, Nexus 6 tablets, Chrome OS tablet and Android TV.

Marketing Land reports Android and Chrome SVP Sundar Pichai will be delivering the keynote. CNET and Fast Company will have real-time coverage of the developer conference, which takes place June 25-26.

Cannes Lions 2015 to expand?

The week-long ad showcase Cannes Lions has wrapped up its “world’s biggest celebration of creativity in communications." The festival may be looking to add a data category and possibly more for 2015, Advertising Age reports.

Trends with top 10 APAC YouTube ads

YouTube recently unveiled the best-performing ads in the Asia-Pacific region for 2Q 2014. Clickz reports that according to YouTube, the top ads reveal three trends: "think seasonal, think digital and think local". "First Kiss" topped the list.
