Facebook Dominates As Social Identity Login Live

Facebook maintains its top spot as the dominant identity
provider for social logins on desktop and mobile platforms, according to Marketing Land.
Google+ was No. 2 at 27 percent.
  • 55 percent of social logins in Q2 2014 were from Facebook
  • 65 percent of mobile social logins were Facebook

As an eCommerce identity provider, Facebook dropped 2 percent to 75 percent, but still remains far ahead of others such as Google+.

In consumer brands, Google gained 2 percent from the previous quarter, according to the chart. With Facebook still the dominant social login across several categories, that may provide some insight for brands about Facebook's value to reach their audience.
